The nibs screw in or out of the grip section was a whole unit, just rotate the nib counterclockwise (nib facing towards you). No tools or adjustments are required.

These Bock 250 nibs are compatible with all current fountain pens including N2 pocket pen.

They are NOT compatible with N1 or NEO pens as these require a a Bock 180 nib.
